LOGIN to Participate in a Multi-User Conference
Participants:
( Please complete the following steps in the order shown )
1. Click HERE to download and SAVE the Conference Script
( Save as C:\Conference.vbs )
2.
Enter the Conference Name, Your Name and the Conference Password (if required) in the boxes below.
(check your Email for the conference info, or call your conference coordinator)

HERE
to JOIN the Conference
without sending video.
OR
Click HERE
to
Open
the Conference Session File and
Start Video
( In the File Download window, Click
Open
)

Inside the Media Encoder window, Click on
then
minimize
the Encoder window.

Click HERE
to preview/adjust your Video
Your Video - Preview (takes a minute to start) ...
5.
Click HERE
to JOIN the Conference when ready.
If, after a minute, you are not seeing your Video Preview ...
Try clicking the Play Arrow symbol on the Media Player.
Is Windows Media Encoder installed ?
Click here to download and install the Windows Media Encoder
Have you started the Encoder ?
Click HERE to manually start your Media Encoder
Have you clicked on the the green icon to start Encoding ?
Is Windows Media Player installed ?
Click HERE to install the Windows Media Player
( If you use a firewall, be sure to allow Internet access via port 8080 )
